Iphone Music help

Other than creating a playlist and painstakingly adding songs, is there a way to play just one genre, I click on genre but then it just gives me album options in that category and not a play all for that genre, is there such an option or is playlist the only way?

Lol, actually have a seperate genre for the main man, Rockabilly, Rock 'n' Roll, Honky Tonk/Country all get their own.
