Loads have had it. It's to do with CL's spam filter & comes up particularly if you're trying to post a link from say Newshopper.

One of our spam programmes didn't like the iTunes link you posted this morning, so needed manual approval. Unfortunately we don't have a notification setting when something gets puts on a spam queue.
