Which car best reflects your persona?

Mine is my present vehicle, an LDV van. It's old and grey, slow, starts up with a whine and the battery goes flat if I dont use it.

If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about
trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps and dents and
scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull,
but that's not the worst of it.

My headlights are out of focus and it's especially hard to see
things up close. My traction is not as graceful as it once was.
I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of
    weather.
It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed. My fuel rate burns inefficiently.
But here's the worst of it -- Almost every time I sneeze, cough or
    sputter.....
either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires!

If it was a RS 500 cosworth you would still be cool.

    An Aston Martin DBS.

Oh no, sorry. I mean Ford Mondeo mark 2 with extra tape on the bumpers.

Why do those mark 2 Mondeos always have duct tape on their bumpers?!

Because they took a well designed basic car and stuck bumpers made of super thin brittle plastic on them that stick riiiiiiight out at both ends. Tw*ts.

Oi! Get back on the Millwall forum.

The car I drive reflects my persona. A Mondeo 3. Functional, flexible, good value but nothing flashy and a bit common. No duck tape tough ;-)

My 1970 MGB is me to a tee. Old, inefficient and nothing on top.

Ford Pubic. Made out of old corsairs !

    Boom

Once you get past the ancient humour, that'll test the youngans on here. Anyone remember the Corsair?

Mine's a Mercedes A class, comfortable, sensible, doesn't rush around, and right now has snow on the roof. We were made to be together.

The wife says an Austin 7 with a starting handle because she always has to start me by hand.

Trouble is I think cars change your persona. Normally I'm Dr Jekyll but behind the wheel I turn into Mr Hyde.
This didn't help but I've moved on now!

Don't drive any more but out of all of 'em since I started driving it would have to be my first car, a 1937 Austin 'Nippy': a two seater sports version of the Seven, passed down to me by my brother in '63. Old, rattling, wheezing, leaking, generally falling apart and requiring constant TLC (and TCP) sums us both up! It was in Charlton red though!

Don't know how this ancient b/w photo will copy, but will give it a go.

Could put a V6 straight in a 2000 (change bell housing on 1600 model), but you had to change the rad and the exhaust manifold...sorry, anorak moment.

MK1 Ford Escort - there were some really racey models but the one I had wasn't so I painted it white with a red Mexico stripe. I sold it 6 months later for a big profit.

Personality wise - that means I'm normal !
