    The commentary is an absolute disaster. I don't care how nice a bloke he may be, Andy Hughes shouldn't be let loose on the microphone. The two of them are talking at the same time. I've switched to the Birmingham commentary and put another black mark in my book against subscribing next season.

    hughes doesn't respect emma so she can't keep him in check to add analysis and comment where appropriate. He's just talking over the top of her.

    that being said, hughes give some interesting insights. im commenting on the commentary, because the commentary doesnt really tell us anything about what's actually happening on the pitch. Just "Go on Ricardo!" and "Get up Yann!"

    Yes but that's not what you need on a commentary. It's absurd having someone just shouting out 'Go on Solly', 'Nice on Yann', Quality stuff from Wilson' without actually describing what's happening. To be fair to Emma she's trying to do a proper commentary but is having to scream at the top of her voice to make herself heard. They sound like a couple of children.

    sorry to switch to another game briefly, but thought this was odd - 40 mins played, QPR losing 2-0, not had a single shot, then Taarabt gets booked for time wasting!

    Eh, I agree that description of the play is poor but I'm having fun with it. He's giving a good insight into the squad too that we might not otherwise get. It's most likely a one off.

    yep - i havent the slightest idea what went on in the first 45 minutes - not the foggiest
