Looking at buying a new car, want a coupe.
Really Like the scirocco, it comes with a 7 speed auto box with flappy paddles so you can manually change gear.
Does anyone know if it is any good? Last time i tried flappy paddles was about 6yrs ago on a Slk and I didnt like it - but things have moved on alot since then.
Other choice is the BMW 1 series M which has the body kit but not the 3litre engine. It was nice really seemed to be larger on the inside that it looks.

My other half getting a BMW M 1 series delivered in a couple of weeks went on test drive etc and wasn't overly impessed for top of range car! Not a patch on my Lexus .
Didn't dare tell her that though.0 -
My mum has a VW Scirocco (Manual) and she absolutely loves it.0

It's these new double clutch auto boxes that concern me. Sounds a great idea manual when you want it, auto otherwise best of both worlds, I just don't know enough about them.
I loved the interior on the BMW and scirocco looked at the merc coupe as well but a little too pricey when you add on the extras0 -
