Charlton Life Scapegoat

edited February 2013 in General Charlton
We have to have one it seems.

I reckon it's Waggy at the moment.

Praise is grudging at best and don't people love to point out his perceived shortcomings!

This is a man who works harder than most to make the best of the ability he has, plays anywhere the manager asks him to without complaint and has arguably the most professional attitude to his fitness at the Club.

John Robinson was similar in that he took a season or two to establish himself at Championship level and he ended up doing ok in the end!

Give the bloke a chance! He has the potential to grow with the Club. If he fails it won't be for the lack of trying.
