  • Our recent form has been absolutely shocking. I really do fear that we are getting closer & closer to a relegation fight. I also fear for CP's future.

We now have the second worst home record in the division. Second only to Peterborough, crunch game in midweek...

Sounds like we need a Charlie Austin.

4 wins out of 18 at home is pathetic.

TJ takes the Roth Steyr M1907 from the top drawer of the bureau situated in the corner of the Valley boardroom SE7, folds the gun cloth and cleans it's distinctive lines meticulously, looks at it for a brief minute in his hand, then slowly, purposefully reaches for the box of ammunition. "Another home defeat", he whispers to himself whilst others, engrossed in this turgid game of football, look out onto the sandy waste that was once the best bit of footballing turf in South East London, absorbed in the horror of what is playing out before them. "The money is not going to like this, club legend or not, he and his festering mob of under achievers just have to go" "We are gonna lose millions on this deal"

The game is over, another home defeat, TJ loads an ammunition clip and with the guns bolt back heads purposefully for the home dressing room...

Can't see us getting more than 1 or 2 points from the next 3 games. Posh will beat us, maybe scramble a draw against udders and and scum.

We will beat Peterborough. We will get a draw or victory against Hudds. Not sure about Miwaw.
  • We could very easily lose our next three games.

Listening to the commentary, we didn't really get going until Green came on.

70 minutes is too late to start imposing ourselves on games . fashioned o say it seemed a weird and slightly desperate team selection from Powell. If 5 in midfield gets overrun, 3 was never going to work.

Not sure where we go from here at home. Too long since someone other than Kermorgant, Haynes or Jackson scored. Probably time to try and old fashioned 442 with two proper wingers playing on their natural sides too.

No need to change anything away fortunately but it's important we win at at least one of Posh or Huddersfield.

Playing a centre half at home in midfield is the definition of desperate and run out of ideas

A centre half who didn't want the ball and punted it away everytime it came near him.

what i said last week Razil, unfortunately I can't defend Powelly, and as for Obika spent the game on his arse, how the hell is he any better than BWP.

The players must be terrified of playing at the Valley at the moment.

Just had the same conversation. Can only assume he is cheaper.

Rubbish pitch and lack of investment in the squad must be a contributory factor. And you wonder how our away form will be if the squad morale drops after yet another home defeat.
Our away game is based on high tempo pressing. Personally I'm worried that our legs are going.
  • ludicrous starting lineup cost us the game - wtf was CP thinking? Green changed the game....

Agree with lots of the negative comments on here. The starting lineup was ludicrous. No width. A midfield of Dervite, Jacko and Pritchard. What's the point of playing 3 up front if there's no way they will get any service. Strange decision. When we reverted back to 4-4-2 with 2 natural wingers it started to work. Too late though.

After watching today's game the glaring obvious stood out, no one wanted the ball !
Every time when someone had it and looked up options were few and far between and how long before our game plan of boot the ball up to cort got sussed ,lack of imagination and flair are our enemy's at the min!
,it's not that we haven't got the players to do it ,it's the belief and confidence we lack.
