Anyone know what the record is for pens in a season?
Seen some differing answers as to who the record is. Some places say Francis Lee for City back in the 70s, some say Ross McCormack beat this for Cardiff 2-3 seasons ago.
Either way, Palace must've already beaten this.

Have we had that many in the last 10 years?

The answer there is no.
We have not had the quick tricky wingers / forwards who generally win them for their teams, and we dont get the ball into the box frequently enough to get the pull downs that also win the pens.
Perhaps in Harriot we have that player who will run into the box and put the defender into a difficult position where a penalty is the likely outcome?
