Are we getting outbid for decent loan players, or could there be other reasons why we are borrowing either callow youngsters or (excuse me Mr Gower) players past their sell by date ? Reasons like: terrible home form, terrible pitch, a terribly hostile welcome
I look at what other(so called smaller) teams are bringing in and wonder. The likes of Phillips,Dorrans,Chaplow - and we bring in Obika and Gower - underwhelmed at the least- i'm not dissing Gower (although i am Obika), but it seems like we're getting the second pick of loanees .

Obika has been performing magnificently in a prem teams reserve squad and is a gamble but one worth doing however at the expense of BWP I am unsure , however BWP hadn't been setting the world alight where he has gone
