Madness.

Anyone else watching their live concert at the Beeb? Flipping blizzard going on around them but still putting out a great show. Proper, proper band and can't imagine some of our modern stars performing under the same conditions...Beiber would still be in the dressing room for one!

Shame, the weather was a Grey Day. Wonder if Michael Caine was there ? Is the BBC centre in NW5 ?

I went to their "last ever performance" at Finsbury Park 20 years ago.

They forgot it was their "last ever performance" though

A lot of West Ham v Millwall action that day.

I was at Status Quo's last gig - Selhurst Park in the 80's - think it was about the time I got married - can it really be 30 years since they split up? :-)

Apparently they are planning to do a special at the O2 next year in aid of black disabled lesbians. Its Madness gone politically correct.
  • just watched 'Take it or leave it'. As much an eye opener on what things used to be like as a it was an indulgement on their music.
