London Marathon - a slightly shameless plug

I am running the London Marathon in just over three weeks' time. Two and a half years ago I tore a shed load of cartilage in my left knee and I didn't think I would be doing anything like running a marathon in my life. Through physio and generally looking after myself I am now in better shape than ever before.
I am running for Asthma UK (http://www.asthma.org.uk/). Asthma is a condition I have suffered with since I was a baby (I am now 40), which is a small charity compared to a lot of the 'big' names out there. If anyone would like to help me reach my target of £1500 then please visit my page at http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/MichaelMa . Or just cheer us all on come the 21st April!!
Thanks - Mike

Good luck Mike. I'll be there as well - running with purple hair for the Samaritans in memory of mum who passed away last year.
Charlton shorts to be worn as well.
