Just wondering if anyone can help me, my phone has stopped receiving signal not sure if i have managed to switch it off problem is if i did i don't know how to switch it back help is appreciated.

    Have you put it into flight mode? if you press the start button it comes up with options

    Is it saying < enter network lock key > ?

    No its just got the no signal sign in the top bar

    My boy has had a look at it and reckons its not reading the sim card

    Take the sim card out and put it back in. Sometimes works with SMART phones.

    They aint the best for coverage mate. Sometimes happens to mine yeah advice above is good. Put flight mode on leave for 40secs then turn off again

    Saves u having to switch fone off

    Take the back cover off. In the corner there is a giant on/off switch. Probably switched to off. I know mine was.
