Just going to add every song on the new Queens of the Stone Age album to this list. :-)
(I really recommend it)
Just listened to it through properly for the first time. It's brilliant. Grohl, Lanegan, Oliveri, Trent Reznor, Alex Turner and even Elton John (amongst others) are on it. Kalopsia's a great song, it's definitely worth the wait. NIN just announced a new album aswell, what a day.
Talal - thanks for the heads up on the new Kurt Vile album!
Kurt Vile - KV Crimes Lindstrom & Todd Terje - Lanzarote Holly Williams - Drinkin' Josh Ritter - New Lover Palma Violets - All The Garden Birds Vampire Weekend - Unbelievers here's one that's all synths & very 80s pop, quite like it but not keen on the chorussy bits: Tegan & Sara - Closer

You're right, definitely was worth the six year wait. Kalopsia, Smooth Sailing and Keep Your Eyes Peeled are all great tracks and on any other album would steal the show. But I Appear Missing is by far and away my favourite track of the year so far:
I quite like Blurred Lines ... never heard it on the radio, so not overplayed for me! Also like My Number by the Foals - but not Inhaler.
Lots more good songs coming to light, including some surprisingly good comebacks: Sunshine Out of the Rain - House of Love Love's Been Good To Me - Edwyn Collins The Old Magician - Prefab Sprout Check My Heart - The Pastels A Lot of Love - Steve Mason Schemers - Skaters She Will - Savages Swim and Sleep (Like a Shark) - Unknown Mortal Orchestra Knock Me On The Head - Stornoway
glasvegas - if jaws - gold editors - ton of love strokes - happy ending hurts - somebody to die for peace - delicious swim deep - she changes the weather british sea power - monster of sunderland dumb - dive
