bye bye Germans. They always bottle it when it comes to the big time.
Apart from the three world cups that they've won, and a couple of European championships.
Depends what you've seen in your lifetime. From what i've seen in recent history they've get to countles finals and semi-finals in international tournaments and then blow it. Add to that Bayern failing in their own back yard against possible the worst team to ever win the champions league last season, and no Germans clubs winning the european cup in aslong as i can remember.
And as i type this i fear they've gone and scored twice.....
Just seen the goals, you'll go a long way to see some worse refereeing decisions.
The second Malaga goal was so obviously offside i can't believe it wasn't given and when the cross comes in for the winning goal there were FOUR men offside.
Are 5th/6th/goal line officials (whatever they're called) allowed to give offsides because i can't believe they can let that go
As much as I wanted Malaga to win Dortmund should of been 3 up after the first leg, and the two offside goals cancel each other out so Dortmund win 2-1 anyways on "genuine" goals....
Unbelievable with the first offside. The way the eye tracks Malaga's player, you'd almost always give him offside even if he was onside as the ball's played to him: He received it yards in front of the defender in a split second, so it'd be an instinctive reaction to give offside. Bizarre.
Chelsea the worst side to win a Champ's League? Marseille, a very poor imitation of the team from a few seasons before who lost to Red Star. Liverpool with Djimi and Milan Baros? Borussia won it with some great players, but as I remember many past their best and should have been walloped by Man U.

Eliseu didnt need to tap the ball in at all, Baptistas shot it looked like it was gonna creep in anyways...
Saw the goals on SSN this morning. The award of the offside Malaga goal was a bad enough decision but Dortmund's winner was even worse. Please somebody tell me what those muppets actually do behind the goal with their 'magic wands'? He's looking right at it! The only decision I ever saw one give was at Fulham which resulted in the wrong player being sent off!

Bayern Munich have won the European Cup four times - the last time in 2001.
Dortmund beat a strong Juventus side in 1997.
