Kia Oval official Ticket-Exchange opens www.kiaoval.com
The ticket office is pleased to confirm that the Investec Ashes on-line Ticket Exchange is now open for business. This facility allows ticket buyers, who purchased during the original Investec Ashes sale, the opportunity to make their seat(s) available for other supporters to purchase.
This service does not allow ticket holders to exchange tickets for another day of the Test Match.
This service is available to the original purchaser only – On the ticket being sold successfully the seller will receive a refund for the full value of the match ticket, the purchaser will pay face value plus a £3 booking fee.
The Kia Oval fully supports the ECB’s Touts Out campaign and feel this service offers a fair way of handling unwanted tickets giving an alternative to the various secondary ticket websites currently offering tickets for these events – Please note anyone found offering tickets for sale through unauthorised channels will face the automatic cancellation of their booking.
Please note this is only applicable to tickets within the public seating area. Should Members have any queries relating to tickets within the Pavilion, Debenture Area or Kennington Club, please contact the Membership department on 0844 375 1845.
To use the Ticket Exchange services simply follow the instructions below:

•Click here to visit E-ticketing site
•From the opening screen scroll to the bottom and click on the ‘sell your seats’ next to the TX logo
•You will be asked to login with your email address and password, once logged in you will see a list of events where you have eligibility to sell your seats
•Tick a seat that you wish to sell and hit the ‘sell’ button. You will then get the next screen where you can specify a date and time when you want to remove the seat from sale, assuming no one purchases it.
•You will then see a confirmation screen detailing the value, date the sale expires and you will have to accept the T&C’s. Click ‘sell Tickets’ and your seats will be posted for resale.
•You will receive a confirmation email.
•If your seat is sold you will receive notification by email and SCCC will credit your account within 1 month of the sale.
