I was there :-) and still in Yorkshire drinking red wine with wife's relatives while waiting to watch FLS. Back with son tomorrow morning to hopefully see his Sunday side win league title. Not a bad weekend so far

I was there along with Mrs AUN, making her first ever appearance at a Charlton game. Told her it's not like that every week!
  • How many where there today?

If you we're really there; describe the weird way Barnsley sell beer at half time

They said there was 762 away supporters, but how many will say they where there is a question for the future, probably in a years time 1,000 will claim the honour in 10 years 7,620 by my reckoning.
  • I was there with wife, daughter, dad, cousin and father-in-law for his first Charlton game. We're all glory hunters of course. But that's what watching Charlton is all about, lol. Great day with a nice pint in the Dove Inn with Barnsley fans and many Lifers before the game. Great game, great team effort and Powell touching his heart and pointing to all the fans, what a top bloke as he makes you feel as though he really means it.

Ditto - Nearly didn't make it though as my boy had the s%#$s on Friday. Woke him up Saturday morning and it was up for it fortunately. Even the dire drive, out of Norfolk through Lincolnshire until we finally hit a 'big' road (the A1) a hundred miles later couldn't spoil the fun!!
  • Can of Tetley's, poured into a pint cup and barely filled above half way. Had to have two!

Or perhaps it would be if you brought her every week AUN... :-)
