Fans are reminded that train travel to the Magpies match, which was put back because of Newcastle's UEFA Cup participation this Thursday and kicks off at 1.30pm at request of the local police, will be disrupted by engineering works.
Work is scheduled to take place between Charing Cross and London Bridge, and between Dartford and Rochester.
This means there will be a half-hourly service between Cannon Street and Dartford via Greenwich, plus additional services as stated below:
Before kick-off:
London Bridge to Charlton, calling at Lewisham and Blackheath, leaving London Bridge at 11.55, 12.25 and 12.55
Dartford to Charlton, calling at all stations via Woolwich, leaving Dartford at 11.40, 12.10 and 12.40
After full-time:
Charlton to London Bridge, calling at Blackheath and Lewisham, leaving Charlton at 15.35, 16.05 and 1635
Charlton to Dartford, calling at all stations via Woolwich, leaving Charlton at 15.40, 16.18 and 16.48
Or in other words, walk to North Greenwich, and get the Jubilee Line if your goign to central London
