no-way would MacLaren include him if he wasn't fit for us on Sunday. Either he's dramatically improved or Pards was/is playing mind games.

    Bent won't be playing regardless so it is a token selection as there is no one else.

    Remember this is a squad for two games. Pards says he's close and probably needs another week. That may mean either he may be fit by Wednesday or Saturday, even if he doesn't play for us. Presumably he also has the option to bring in Nugent at any stage.
