I used the official CAFC site to look at the statement. Well done to all who have worked hard to get the Supporter's Trust up and running.

This is good news but I'm sure some will find something wrong with it.

Great news. Big pat on the back to all involved and that means both the Trust and the club.
  • Well done, a lot of hard work has obviously gone into this and I'm pleased to see there are some at the club in high places who still care.

Excellent news. The Trust must (and I'm sure will) continue to be an independent voice but it is surely considerably preferable to have productive interaction with the Club. Well done to all.

Pretty impossible for a Trust to be successful without some avenue for dialogue with the people running their club so this is great news

    Well done to all involved.

An incentive for those who questioned whether the Trust would have the ability to influence to divvy up their fiver and become full members to increase that influence surely?

Am not sure what to make of this. There is an expression keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer still.I am going to reserve judgement on this to see how it develops going forward.I must admit that I am a bit disappointed at the number of fully paid up members of the Trust. At this stage I was expecting a lot more.

Considering the Trust officially launched in December and there's no major emergency to act as a catalyst to encourage large scale membership - how many would you expect to have signed up ?

I think its difficult to tell people what direct affect would joining have, particularly when not in a Pompey type scenario, and then reaching them, we're working on all of that
