Homework is by far their best album, IMO, only because they then sat in a vein for the next few albums where everything sounded typically like the French house style that they now dominate.
Homework has some killer tracks, the best being Da Funk. The album's tinged with a harder acid feel than the other albums.
Love Get Lucky and looking forward to Random Access Memories.
Saw them preform Alive at the O2 Wireless years back when they had the giant neon pyramid and light show. Amazing live.
I'm surprised at this thread. The music blogs I frequent have been flooded with news of their comeback for the last month and I've been constantly wondering 'so what?'.
Maybe they're more popular than I thought but I don't remember this much excitement when they were last 'in'.
The whole robot helmet thing can come in very handy when one member is ill and they have a DJ date to fulfill. Not that would do such a thing as use their manager to fill in , ahem.
Loved Da Funk. Peeley played it and it was so hard to get hold of it, limited press I think. Went away then six months/year alter later got a re-release. Brilliant, just different to the big beat being played here at the time.
Yep it has there is a torrent, though you can stream it for free in iTunes which is what I'm doing now. It's glorious! Think I'm going to buy the physical CD!

I mean its a nice tune but not at all ground breaking.
But I suspect I won't for much longer if I have to hear it 10 times a day for six
months.
why do radio stations insist on destroying music for people.
