We lucky people in Eltham are getting a fantastic Air Show at the moment, 1845hrs Thursday 9th May. Loads of helicopters, old Bi-planes and all sorts of aircraft.
It's the 70th Anniversary of The battle of the Atlantic ...the One Show team are on board HMS Illustrious watching the flypast with some veterans of the campaign. Golden Oldies, bless 'em.

Went over Dartford yesterday afternoon. It seem so slow, you think that it would drop out of the sky.
Worked with an old boy when I first started work, who was s crew member on a Wellington, he had some great photos they had taken on bombing raids.
