A bi-plane flying being followed by 5 Apache's, came over my house twice.

Just a bit strange, any explanation?

Biplane is a swordfish, anti sub plane.

It's the 70th Anniversary of The battle of the Atlantic ...the One Show team are on board HMS Illustrious watching the flypast with some veterans of the campaign. Golden Oldies, bless 'em.

Anyone confirm this. I told someone last night who then told about four people. And them four people told about twenty people, and before I know it I've turned into Flypast Expert - Sidcup Branch

If you like this sort of thing - there was a good programme on bbc2 on Thursday to mark the 70th anniversary of the dam busting raids from RAF Scampton.

As delboy would say - après moi le deluge!

    Love the Lancasters.

Went over Dartford yesterday afternoon. It seem so slow, you think that it would drop out of the sky.

Worked with an old boy when I first started work, who was s crew member on a Wellington, he had some great photos they had taken on bombing raids.
