Those clappers have been popping up everywhere during the end of season/play-offs. Awful.
Don't you remember when we had them? I think we were probably one of, if not the first club in this country to use them. I've still got mine somewhere - I like them.
How much would promotion be worth again with the new tv deal? Even if they come straight back down again with the debts wiped from the administration and the zaha sale as well they will be set up for a generation. Sick.
Saying 'this' is so lazy, it's like lol, so bloody social networking.
Makes for an interesting final Watford last minute winner was euphoric while palace beat their biggest rivals away. Both will be thinking they can win it, Watford favourites but it'll be close
I watched that second half with a sinking feeling but no one can deny that Palace thoroughly deserved the result - a big humiliation for Brighton on their own manor.
As someone commented above, Holloway ( a slightly crazy, but inspirational guy IMHO ) got his tactics spot on, although it always helps if you have a few speedy forwards, including Bolasie to come off the bench. Trying to be objective about it, it was also probably fitting that Zaha - the best player in the division - settled the game.
Hopefully Watford over their hangover of missing out on automatic promotion and finish the job off... As someone else said CAFC are in this league now and nothing to be scared of next season

I think we are above that league -just need to strengthen rather than cock it up in the summer. Over to you Board.
and if you lot did go up and then we went up the following season we wont get to play each other again for quite a while. four times in the top league and all four times you went down the following season.
Think any team wouldve looked world beaters tonight against a very poor Brighton side, the better team won on the night in what was a pretty dull game, well, compared to the watford-leicester game anyway.
Can't get this calling of palace "scum" That description is reserved for the zampa road boys Palace are more inoffensive Nigels or whatever with a miniscule scum following I mean the comparative grief you get from the neanderthal followers of The Scum compared to the Nigels is on a different scale..... maybe I've just been unlucky /lucky to have seen a worse side from the millwall followers over the years in comparison to the behaviour of the nigels Each to their own

Well to be honest the fans aren't all that bad. You get some decent blokes out there who enjoy a bit of rivalry as we all do.
The thing is the club in its entirety is shit. People dislike them because of what the club has become. They belong in the MLS, not the Championship (or any British league).
Don't be so downbeat. The plan is coming together nicely. I would rather they get beaten to a 89min og in the final, rather than go out in the semi. That will allow us to witness more tears from people in red/blue wigs.
I think they will win because Olloway knows how to play a cup tie essentially this is what the playoffs are! Poyets and Zolas tippy tappy thoughtful football aren't good enough in a cup final against a team that put it about! It's been a shit day for me I get made redundant and the stripey twats get to Wembley!

Even so - This.
Palace were singing "we scored 2, they scored none, brighton take it up the bum"
Childish but made me laugh.
