World beating British sportsmen/women/teams, that you never hear about.

The one that always amazes me is clay pigeon shooting champ George Digweed.

to date:
-20 World titles (11 Sporting, 8 Fitasc and 1 Compak)
-16 European Titles (12 Fitasc and 4 Compak)
-4 European Compak Titles
-10 World Cups

......Oh, and he's also an MBE.

Just wondered if there are anymore?

I think this might be just me but until last year I'd never heard of Chrissy Wellington - and then she went and retired! The BBC lists her achievements as:
•Ironman world champion in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 (did not compete in 2010 due to illness)
•World record holder over Ironman distance with time of 8:18:13
•Competed in 13 professional Ironman races, winning all of them
