Are you Acworth in disguise ?Absurdistan said:Was on our books as a kid but let go at 16 because he's only 5ft 3in. Was a writeup about him in this weeks South London Press. Banged in loads of goals for Dulwich Hamlet. Heard for the brother of another Turkish player who was let go (the injured guy) that Smallwall might be interested in him.

See him play this year @ Eastbourne Town. Was pony! Ridiculously small too, would never make it at a higher level1

It was Peterborough who signed him from Hamlet, so not such an Acworthian suggestion after all!0 - Sponsored links:

It would never happen against any other team, but when it's against Charlton, you just know it might have a chance0 -
Quite interesting short piece about his journey back into league football

Absolutely brilliant little player was literally the messi of non league when he was at dulwich, don't think I've seen football look so easy except watching messi on the tv4

I assume the short piece refers to the articlejbcafc said:Quite interesting short piece about his journey back into league football

Just a tall Jack Munns1
-
...although Wikipedia has Munns taller than him. Hmm1
-
according to Wikipedia he has scored 16 goals this season - that's more than any of our strikers have scored over the past 3 seasons & more than the combined tally of the 3 playing tomorrow (Magennis, Novak, TWWW)0
-
Knocked in a few goals this season...could be worth a shout for 1st goalscorer.

Don't worry Jay De Silva will mark him out of the game!2
-
And he's a midfielder.golfaddick said:according to Wikipedia he has scored 16 goals this season - that's more than any of our strikers have scored over the past 3 seasons & more than the combined tally of the 3 playing tomorrow (Magennis, Novak, TWWW)

Scored a worldy against Bolton at the Reebok earlier in the season
I THINK he's their top scorer (as @GolfAddick says, he's not even a Striker) - Why the hell we didnt sign him ourselves when he refused a new Peterborough Contract I'll never know, in my opinion, Walsall signing him for free was probably the best bit of business done in the whole of League One over the summer!!0 -
Watched him for Hamlet, strong Turkish following for the Turkish Messi. Good player, very skillful, excellent shot. Tiny though and confidently said he was too small for league football. Hmm!1
-
His record at Posh was unexceptional though, he's only blossomed this season. It's the opposite to Ajose and Novak...ForeverAddickted said:Scored a worldy against Bolton at the Reebok earlier in the season

Why would we sign him? Pace, wanting to be involved, showing for the ball and occassional scoring. These were some of our favourite things twenty years ago.1
-
We'll get him back once the Koc family buy us. Anyone remember that old rumour?0
-
I do, I remember a man named Mustafa Koc's job title is President of Koc Holding.
Snigger.1 -
Wonder how small Oztumer was at 16 when we let him go, imagine even less then 5'3".0
-
As the player himself says we were a premiership side when he was released.
He's never played above League 1.
Good luck to him , other than today. Local lad whose worked his way back up the leagues.3 -
Just seen the highlights from yesterdays win over SCP` s Southend, what a player ,ive said it before and ill say it again id love see us bring him back.4

Would be a great signing - surprised he hasn't been more sought after.CH4RLTON said:Just seen the highlights from yesterdays win over SCP` s Southend, what a player ,ive said it before and ill say it again id love see us bring him back.
