    I thought a lot of it stereotypical of footballers houses. Doesn't do it for me on many levels. In East Sussex could get something more pleasing on the eye, more land, no near neighbours for at least a million less maybe even half the price so AFKA a lottery win would easily suffice, even a midweek one.

    Why is it laughable? Nice place if you like that sort of thing but if I had 3.25m to spend I could get better elsewhere and certainly better value for money, allowing me to put in a pool that I could actually swim in.
