Flicking through next week's TV Times ( I know !) and found this ....

"The Man with the 10stone Testicles- Channel 4 Dispatches" at 9pm next Monday.

" Cameras follow 49 yr old Las Vegas resident Wesley Warren Jr before & after an operation on his giant scrotum which began swelling in 2008 and has caused him daily struggles "

Suggestions as to what daily struggles he would encounter ?
