For anyone in the area (or further afield if you so desire)
Greenhithe & Swanscombe Royal British Legion club, has an all day event, everyone welcome, no membership required.
Starts at 1pm, for the kids there is a bouncy castle, face painting, competitions, childrens entertainment show, peppa pig, fireman sam, karate demonstration, and loads more.
For adults, there is a BBQ, stalls, live music, bar, decking area (sun willing), and in the evening a family disco, there will be a last post ceremony at 6pm.

Busy weekend in Cleethorpes and Grimsby .. AF day on Saturday necessitating a few closed roads, large crowds are expected. I am looking forward to it .. AND, on Sunday, the one & only Katie Price is visiting Waterstones in Grimsby town for a book signing session .. once again, large crowds are expected0
