Season ticket help needed

Can anyone help. I'm trying to order my charlton season ticket online using the zebra finance page. But it's asking me for a charlton red card membership number .i haven't been a season to ticket holder for a while so no longer have one to my knowledge . Any one know how to obtain one or to find my number from previous years if that's still applicable .?

    Phone commercial centre. They will find you on the system. Same happened to me.

    Have a look on an old ST if you still have one as con won't have changed. If not Commercial cemtre as SWP says above.
