Anyone on here been in a Tough Mudder event? I'm doing one in North Yorkshire on the 7th September and wondered if anyone has any tips? Not been doing much running training as I've been told to concentrate on upper body strength.
Did the London South one in June. Piece of piss. 'Upper body strength' my arse - none of the obstacles were exactly hard! Concentrate on the running - 12 miles up and down hills, through woods and slopping through mud was by far the moat difficult part of it.
