Classic case of bad policing from accounts coming in on that message board, with two sets of hoolies intent on confrontation. Port Vale has always felt like a nasty throwback to the 80s. Appears the police have never quite got it right there. Remarks from a former chair of their Supporters club at the bottom of page 8 is telling in this regard.
