    Yeah, I read that. To succeed, RM has to convince 13 other clubs that the whole premiership experience will be the better for a more competitive, more level playing field. It's of course the kind of thing the USA have recognised in their major leagues. Frankly I doubt whether they can get enough votes to secure this change.
