    Crystal Place may be in the Premieship but they are not a premiership club.

    Minimal investment, especially with regards to impending parachute payments. £15m per year for the next 4 years isn't to be sniffed at.

    Yeah their ground needs work, new seats etc Still, I dare say there would be some pocket change left over - enough to strengthen and possibly mount a proper attempt at the premiership.

    Unfortunately it's quite a sensible way of doing it.
