RICS Condition Report

I'm looking for a surveyor to do a RICS Condition Report on a house a bit rapid in the Ashford area. Anyone know if any Lifers work as a surveyors in Kent???

The use of Royal and Charter(ed) in the organisation's name (but not together) has always confused me - are they not the same thing ? RCIS makes more sense.
