Two cracking goals in the last two games, Dale last night and Stewart v Leeds, any thoughts on which was best, both clones of each other and I can't separate them
Stewart's by a country mile. Stephens was a bit of a looping effort, Stewart's sweet as a nut.
I think that was deliberate. Stephens knew he had to get height and loop because of the angle he was at so hit it accordingly. I would put his just ahead of Stewart's.
I think the technique, although very similar, was harder in Stephens case. It was more on the side than Stewarts which is harder to control. Both brilliant brilliant strikes though
Stevo's just edges it. He had to change his body shape, the ball was higher and slightly behind him. Stewart's was a great goal too but more straightforward.
