Osgood-Schlatter. My brother had that when he was younger. You can do some work on the muscles around the knee joint to reduce problems caused by it.

in terms of playing. I have avoided other than playing at college and for CIFC the joy of playing for a footie team. I have played a variety of other forms of football though (rugby, aussie rules and american football)

Yep thats the one, lovely pitches. Our Manager is trying to arrange an end of season friendly between the LTSB First XI and our LTSB vets team. Personally think it would be a bit of a mis-match, but would be a laugh. How are the various Lloyds teams doing this year ? Still all Cliquey & players playing who have never worked for the bank ?

I don't think I have ever had the pleasure of playing for a team as a 'ringer' as all my teams were long term commitments.
