Summary

Typical bloody Charlton. With a nice midweek win under their belts and the opportunity to pull themselves away from the relegation picture, Charlton succumbed to an early goal and despite a host of chances, were never able to pull themselves back into it.
Ipswich sat back, and Charlton had all the possession, but the lack of goals in the side is starting to have a real negative impact. Very disappointing result.
