I use one called djay on the i-phone 5 which is a lot of fun but can build into something more complex. NinjaJamm is lots and lots of fun but it's more overlaying sound effects to Ninja tune tracks rather than out and out mixing and scratching etc.

My nephew uses iDJ2GO on the iTunes App store. He's played a few sessions in clubs and just cued it all up on there.
