    The fact that it was on 'medical grounds' and a 'personal issue' do suggest it is some sort of mental trauma - whether that be something recent or an ongoing problem, who knows. This time last week I was absolutely baffled by us selling him, but the fact that it happened and that he was "ill" a week earlier against Middlesbrough seems to add up a bit more now.

    The fact this isn't a 'he picked up a knock in training' tells you this is something personal, and potentially serious.

    As a result, we'd appreciate if there was no further speculation added on this subject unless further public details emerge, thanks.
