Who on earth wants to watch Charlton vs Ipswich on TV? Hate 12.15 kick offs. Still happy the Millwall game is staying at 3pm should be a better atmosphere for it.

Still plenty of time for the Old Bill to ask for that to be made another lunchtime kick off.

Marvellous! Normally we would be back in the UK at that time, but this year we are coming later so that's a right result!

It'll be Ipswich's fourth game on Sky this year.

We've only been on once too but have our at Fulham on Friday 5th which actually has disappointed some fans who wanted a night out in London.

Sky in terms of their FL coverage would be lost if Leeds went up!

You were on 4 times last season though SH.

    Hey, I do!!! Lol...

Guess it's just fans living in the far east that are pleased. Anyway, I'm absolutely delighted. It'll be 8.15 pm here in China and I won't need to stay up late in the night.
    Exactly

True - and not very successfully!

Our sole appearance this season was a poor show so maybe we're just better off not on!

FFS charlton. I've already bought my £5.90 return from Chislehurst for this.

Serious Question for the first time from me.

How many of you CAFC fans will watch this on sky instead of going to the match.

Only if you would have gone if not on Aussie Rules TV. ( he was born an australian)

Re. Ratings. If I remember rightly back in the prem when Prague and co. kicked up a fuss to Sky about our paltry appearance rate, we got hold of the viewer ratings, and charlton viewing figures competed with most games, pretty much any fixture other than the top four teams against each other.

    Count on it.

We could organise to ask the club to resist, but last time there were a number of people on here who said they don't have a problem with it, to my surprise. Ridiculous time to play a football match IMO

Spare a thought for Brighton, their scheduled live game v Bournemouth on Oct 31st has now been bumped in favour of Norwich v Bolton, despite them having the highest average attendance and making the play offs last year... They will be appearing on December 12th v the scum though.

Says on the Sky Sports website that Norwich are now on 31 Oct and the Bournemouth game is a 5.15ko on Saturday 1 November. It is ridiculous that the tv companies are allowed to mess around like that less than a month before the game. Bound to be a few Brighton fans, and certainly plenty of Bolton supporters, who had travel booked up already for the original date.

Oh yeah - didn't spot that. How ludicrous that they didn't just leave the Brighton match in it's original spot and add the extra Norwich game to Saturday's schedule, at least that way only two sets of fans are being dicked about instead of four.

Not being on sky very often is probably down to us being unbelievably pony when we have played. Last year against the scum being the prime example.
