PC monitor with with built in TV tuner

As title suggests looking for a monitor for our desk top PC that also has a built in TV tuner.
Dont want to spend too much as mainly for the littlun when Cbeebies gets too much for us oldies !!!

Any suggestions/reccomendations ?

I did it the other way round and bought one of these for our study:

We can use it as a second TV/DVD but its also attached to my PC for use as a monitor.

Pretty much any tv has a socket for AVG pc output these days. £120 ish for 22" from Tesco or Argos. Just buy an AVG cable (couple of quid - get a long one if you want to use your keyboard while watching) or with a wireless usb plug in.

I bought a 22inch HD TV from Asda a eek ago - £99. I'm quite happy with it. It has freeview (CBBC etc.) and it is a great pictire, all be it that the viewing angle is not fantastic, but for less than a hundred pounds I thought I couldn't go wrong!

AVG or VGA?

VGA is what most desktops use just remember you will need a 3.5mm jack audio cable as well if you want the sound to come from the TV as well

DVI is better quality than VGA.
HDMI is pretty much the same as DVI but can transmit sound too.

Might be worth looking at another monitor if your PC is at least capable of DVI.

Have my PC hooked up to my Samsung TV on HDMI.
