Yes definitely possible - I did it last year. Commercial Centre can sort it out for you. If you're moving to a more expensive area then you obviously have to pay the difference, but I think it's pro-rated for the remainder of the home games left to play.
There's empty Seats every where. Would it not be easier to just find an empty seat in another block rather then hassle of phoning the club and changing it.
