After watchiing some of the winter olympics it reminded me of an event that happened to my friend.
He and his mate represented England in the Commonwealth Green Bowling event in the games of 2006.
They were lying in bronze position and it needed the Aussies, who were out of the medals to beat their opponents and my friend and England would have picked up the bronze.
Unfortunately, we will never know the true outcome as the wheelchair bound Aussie shoved his hand up the femail umpires skirt and got his team disqualified.
I play bowls and the ladies are lovely; however if it was a jungle trial I would rather eat a pint of live maggots with my unmentionables in a vice rather doing what he did.
I did try and bring the newspaper article up, alas to no avail. As myself and my wife are sharing the same laptop, my internet history may take some explaining away.
