We are the lowest scorers outside the premiership, that I do not see changing.
On that basis we will get relegated.1 -
I have thought from the beginning of the season that we would struggle to stay up, I have not changed my mind. The amount of chances we create is pitiful. Look how well Kermorgant did on Saturday with decent service.I fear that our lack of goals will see us relegated.

All too easy to be negative after a heavy defeat but I still maintain the transfer activity done at the end of Jan was the nail in the coffin
Yann and Dale were top 8 Championship level players on their day, as Yann proved yesterday
Cup run + existing fixture backlog caused by dodgy pitch + players with injuries + poor strikers + selling your 2 best players = relegation.
We'll have a bite more of an idea by 5pm on 15/3/14 but does anyone really think we will go and win at Millwall..4 -

I don't have a clue and will accept whatever will be. But the Dingles and Cider boys have to come town plus a trip up to Bermondsey will be key.
I have a suspicion that the points requirement to stay up could be is much as 10 points lower than last season given that clubs are getting battered in games and no one is getting close to back to back wins as yet.

Brnsley have a real tough rn in, and Yeovil dont have enough quality (and may also be affected by 3 suspensions now after yesterday), and that leaves 1 from donny and millwall - of which Donny have a tough run in and also are going throgh a poor run of form.0 -
More likely to go down than stay up I would say at this stage. I can't see us coping with two games per week.0

At either top or bottom of the table the results are more important against the teams around you. We have played five games against Doncaster, Yeovil, Barnsley and the spanners, we have won only the one, that has to change.0

The biggest concern is that a couple of the other teams put a run together as often happens at the end of the season. Yeovil fighting on with 8 men shows that they are not going to lay down and die.
Draws don't help too much. We need to win a few - particularly against our fellow strugglers, of course. Tough times ahead. I'd say its 50-50.0 -
We need to score goals to give ourselves any chance of staying up, and I just can't see where the goals are going to come from.1

We mustn't lose to any of the teams around us. Picking up 3pts at the rusty tool box would be a great boost to us and a right downer on the spanners.0

It could be decided by the seaside in early May and who knows which way that will go but I just hope that we won't look back and regret decisions made in the final 30 minutes in Somerset!0 -

I'm hopeful that we will survive but its not looking good. If we win these 3 games in hand then I think we will be in the championship next season. But we have to playore attack minded. Playing counter attack with church up front on his own is not going to cut it.1

Despite what the Bookies' odds say, our chances of survival are probably not much better than 50/50.
Fourty five points, or perhaps even less, might be enough to secure survival, but we'll need to find a way to win home games against teams like Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Barnsley, Bolton and Yeovil who'll sit back and force us to dictate the play.
It's going to be very tense and we'll need the breaks when it really matters. A win at Millwall would be a huge psychological blow to them and a tremendous boost for us and the same will apply to the Barnsley, Bolton and Yeovil games, but realistically the outcome of each of these matches is a "coin flip".
It's disappointing that Tudgay apart the reinforcements promised have not yet arrived.0 -
With our weak squad we need to pinpoint the matches where we must do well and just let some others go (team selection). We simply cannot throw 100% at every match for the rest of the season. We also need the weather (pitch-wise) to improve greatly and right on cue the signs are quite positive for the next few weeks.3

We need to be more progressive at home. Over the past 3 seasons we are at our best when both fullbacks are bombing forward. Haven't seen much of that this season!1

Leicester play Barnsley, Blackpool and Yeovil in 3 of their next 4 matches, hopefully they'll play like they did yesterday and win all 3 comfortably0

The reason I think we will remain unbeaten is because we are now getting a bit of a siege mentality about the team. We were unlucky against Birmingham despite being the better team.
We beat a strong QPR team last week. We beat Sheffield Wednesday against the odds because we wanted it more.
The Leicester game was a bridge too far and one we were expected to lose - but I think the players we have are now starting to gel a little more and just have a feeling that we will start to turn on some performances and make the valley a bit more of a fortress1
