He he, no this is strictly for live only, can't even fart at home without her next door complaining-was playing through a 5 watt practice amp once and she knocked at the door to say it was shaking the floor!
You must play some pretty big venues to need that rig! I'm thinking of getting an Orange Tiny Terror (15W) or Dual Terror (30W) - more than enough for the gigs I do. Sold my old Marshall gear when it dawned on me that I would spend the rest of my days playing in bars and clubs...
Regarding cheap, good, British (?) gear, I don't think you can beat the John Hornby Skewes's Vintage range. I've bought 2 this year - they are well set up, so play well and they sound incredible for the money. The ones I bought are a Flying V and a "lemon drop" Les Paul copy which is set up to get that early Peter Green Fleetwood Mac sound.

Yea play anywhere from large club to outdoor festivals (Some suitably large European ones). I can vouch for the JHS stuff (Vintage range is made in China), especially Fret King. You should check out Marshalls range of low power stuff too, can't go wrong with either that or the orange TT stuff. Any bass players out there check out the Orange Bass terror, 500w and the same size as the TT'S!
Rickenbacker every time for me. All my heroes played them - Lennon, Townsend, Weller, McGuinn Even if I say so myself I have a beautiful fireglo Ricky 12-string hanging on my wall. Never play it. Just look at it.

I did wonder where the Vintage stuff was made - it's not apparent looking at their website. Obviously, all the pickups, machine heads, etc are Trevor Wilkinson design, which was why I thought they might be British. Must try Fret King gear, but I have 11 guitars already...
Anybody looking for a Vox modeling amp, Mexican telecaster in white or a line 6 jtv-59 james tyler variaxe modeling guitar in cherry starburst. All in excellent condition. Would need to pick up from suffolk.

I used to regularly gig with one of these, it's a 15 watt tube amp and plenty loud enough for pubs and clubs.
I've got a Blackstar now, but I'm looking to get either a Mesa Boogie or ditching copper altogether and modding.
