Who was that in the big jumper

On the first video of Rega at CAFC training ground he is standing next to a short man with long hair and strange taste in jumpers. Sky said it was AA, surely not! I do not believe it is our new Assistant head coach, so, who was he?

    also saw him wearing exactly the same clothes leaving the players entrance straight after the game last night on his own
