Pathetic. I can't remember a single shot that either troubled their keeper or on target. 3 points were there for the taking. Mill are shyte and so were we. Why do our strikers chose to wear boots made out

Two awful teams who have absolutely nothing in the final third.
No edge or spark on the pitch.
    Lifeless in the stands.
The tamest South London derby for a while.
Hopefully half the people who turn up for their 1 game a season don't bother next time.
You looked organised but with no threat up front not sure where you'll pick up points.
    We're down.

SLL, whats gone wrong ?- on paper you should be top half, but Holloway seems to have scraped the bottom of the barrel in more than one way with the 8 foot fella - looks like your football style sorted for the rest of the season.

    Bournemouth H
    Burnley H
    Forest A
    Derby A
    Leeds A

Looks like a maximum of five points to me. This will down to the wire and although we have it in our own hands I think we will need our relegation rivals to continue their bad form.

Yeah, but then 6 games out of nest 8 at home.
TBH would be happy with 5 points from the lot above.

I'd like to see Gower involved. At least he can keep the ball and pass forward - I.e. create chances.

Spanners must be sick though. Their cup final, huge crowd, only 1 point against their whipping boys...

Cup final??? Hahaha. You actually believe that don't you? A local derby our crowd will always go up but west ham and palace are hated far far more than Charlton.
Nah I was taking the piss you nubbin...

No Yann but Grabban and Pugh are on fire this season for Bournemouth so big risks up front.

Perhaps but Bournemouth are a bit powderpuff and very lighthtweight elsewhere .Arter is too slight and a bit slow in possession and must be tackled Brutally hard with the ball into the advertising hoardings and left in a heap earliest opportunity . He won't fancy it after that. The winger with the ridiculous bash street kids hair cut must also be spun 360 degrees up in the air first challenge by Wilson or Wiggins and he will also go into hiding . Nice little powder puff passing team who cannot finish and wont like being chased harried and smashed about a bit . We need to mix it up with them for the three points .

Must admit I would of taken the point before the game but they were there for the takin.Have to say that is the worst Millwall side I have seen for a while all they kept doing was giving it to the full backs and lumping it up front really quiet in the stands aswell. If that's Hollaways way to play then fair enough but that was rubbish

"no massive interest" you Pony Spotters are truly single digit !Q tossers---easy your biggest crowd of the season for the second year running ----but it dosnt matter and you dont care------tossers of the first and second order---miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Wank.

Why would I lie? Serious, why would we pretend youre not major rivals if you was??? I wouldn't go on a west ham site and say they didn't matter! On one of those rivalry polls you was voted our third main rivals after west ham and palace and I'd say that's about right. (Although a lot would have Leeds before you lot. We finished third on their poll). You don't understand, it's hard to get excited about a team like Charlton. It's like hating Watford. Apart from when we play you, you barely exist.
It's sad, why are you so desperate for a rivalry? One that's reciprocated? Does it give your existence more meaning? I couldn't care a less if you stay up or not, as long as we do. However, I'm preying west ham and palace go down. Become more interesting, then we might become a bit more interested.
Anyway, that's me done. See you next season. If we stay up. Which we probably won't.
P.s. Have you tried gillingham? They're desperate for someone to care too.

Yada yada yada, some bollocks about Wall not caring, some bollocks about find another rival, can't answer why highest home turnout for the season again, more bollocks about Gillingham, no one likes us, it's the media's fault, we've done more than any club, yada yada yada......
    Edited for accuracy.

Well fatty was very excited about the Charlton fans yesterday until he realised how sad he looked and moved out of sight in the second half. As were all those kids with wrist movement problems. Not sure if anyone saw the two baldies trying to be very dangerous. One was all prepared to go past stewards to get to Charlton fans but was stopped by the other one trying to calm him down in very loving way. Touching, a bit like Right Said Fred I guess?

I've said this a few times this season but that is 90 minutes of my life I'm never going to get back.

Despite our record against then, I wasn't happy with a point as it's as poor a Millwall team as I've seen. But, despite our attempts to play it around, we're pretty poor as well and I just cannot see where a goal is coming from. I don't blame the strikers entirely though, we create so few chances for them that, short of signing a Rooney or Aguero, they're always going to struggle. I note people talking about Darren bent on here-a striker who has made a living playing off the last defender is about the last thing we need if no one is going to pass to him! Our one hope, aside from new signings, is Poyet who is getting more assured by the week and will hopefully be picking more of those killer passes out a la the ball to Sordell in the week. If that happens and the chances are fluffed a la Sordell in the week, then I'll officially blame the front men!

Wilson just gets better and better and is now looking assured at right back proven by how little Solly has been mentioned recently-definitely my POTY so far.

I went into this last seven days saying it could be one of the best ever in my 30 years of following Charlton; it started terribly, got worse in the middle and petered out miserably yesterday. I don't know why I expected anything different.
Hey ho, onwards and upwards for Tuesday.....

No minutes silence for Bob Crow but a respectful mention. To be fair he was a proper spanner.

    Positives

    1. Point from a place we rarely compete at
    2. Shaded the game
    3. Defensively solid
    4. Poyet - truely a class act
    5. Wilson "he used to be shite but now he's alright" excellent
    6. Morro/Dervite decent partnership
    7. Great support - some wicked p*ss takes

    Negatives

    1. Sordell?
    2. Toothless in attack
    3. Sordell???
    4. Only one decent cross or corner in the game
    5. Sordell???
    6. Not enough drive forward when we had the ball
    7. Sordell????

Overall better result for us than them. The quietest least intimidating atmosphere against Millsmall I have ever known.

Agreed about the atmosphere. Wasn't even half as intense as it was the last time we played them there in December 2012.

Sorry, I thought Sordell was just total w*nk. Prichard was a shuffle less than Sordell imho.
