http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-south-west-wales-26625340On a sunny day, pop round the corner to
Mewslade Bay or Fall Bay for the best beaches to spend a day on (although they disappear for a couple of hours when the tide's in) - caves, waves, big expanses of sand and never busy due to each having a lovely mile walk to get to. They are at their best when the tide is coming in because the waves are inevitably great fun then.
And if you are lucky enough to be there when the tide is full out noon-2pm'ish then carefully check local paper for causeway accessibility times for great fun exploring Worm's Head (and don't get stranded!)
