There was an article in yesterdays Standard (p55).
From Mar 31 there will be a programme called 14 to 1 on a Channel called London Live on Sat. Mornings. It will cover all 14 London Football League Clubs.
For the life of me I cannot find the article online. The author is Stefano Hatfield.
Please see link which will give you the Channel listings.

If we get get the same coverage on their TV Channel as we do in the Sub standard we might be lucky and get a 5 second mention once a month.pettgra said:There was an article in yesterdays Standard (p55).

but we're in Kent2

Read it last night, drawn in by the picture of the young lad waving a big Charlton flag arriving at the spanners. Sounds like they want supporter content as well, so we'll only have ourselves to blame if we don't make the most of it.
That said, the piece underneath was a list of their favourite blogs/forums for all London clubs...and CL didn't get a mention!0 -

The map on page 54 of this document d2a9983j4okwzn.cloudfront.net/downloads/ofcom-uk-local-tv-report-2011.pdf indicates the the local transmissions are very much pointing north from the Crystal Palace transmitter. So where I am just south of Chelmsford, I might get coverage but it looks like anywhere in Kent beyond the M25 will have no chance.
It's also on Sky (but not Freesat?) but again with a very small footprint for London postcodes I believe.0 -
Not the article that I saw I am afraid. Nevertheless it does hold details of the programme. Cheers for that.jaire said:Is this what you were looking forstandard.co.uk/londonlive/london-live-announces-weekend-news-and-current-affairs-line-up-9208206.html?origin=internalSearch

Just done a re-tune on terrestrial TV - not something I use much - and I'm getting test transmissions on Freeview Channel 8 for London Live with a good quality signal so it looks like I'll be getting the service - can't wait ;-)0

It could have worked, but they never had the right content. Pandering to PRs for 3rd rate news content, then showing Desmonds for eight hours straight.
I'm suprised regional BBC radio is still hanging on.
