Who was the gentleman that had the wrong ticket taken from hi S-T book last night that was complaining to a steward outside N Stand ticket Office at approx 19:40? ARE YOU HERE?!

    On exiting the North stand last night - I could only have taken one step out of th eground, then decided it was a long drive home so better to use the loo. A female steward told me that I couldn't go back into the ground if I have left it - I could have literaly jumped back into the ground I was so close- so ignored her. When I got back I was told she had managed to stop another fan doing the same - hardly great customer service!
