Any idea what that is above it, not to sure if it's just a star, wife seems to think it could be Mars or could it be Venus? I know a few of you are keen on astrology so thought this would be the ideal place to ask.
Star Chart app is excellent for telling you what you're looking at in the sky. On a recent trip to Malta saw Jupiter, Mars and Saturn, the latter for the first time with the naked eye.

Hmm, I'm getting into this as a new retirement hobby. Quite fascinating what goes on up there.
Just took the kids out to see the ISS that was an incredible feeling knowing there are people up there going round the world in 3 hours or whatever the stats are!

on twitter the past few days as we are in a 12 day cycle of the space station passing overhead each night.
Quite amazing to watch it going over knowing its 260 miles high and going at over 17 thousand mph
